Every system is custom-designed to your home and goals, so there's no one-size-fits-all price. Projects range from a single room, say, a home theater or motorized shades in a primary suite, to full whole-home integration across lighting, audio, video, climate, security, and motorized window treatments. We start with a free consultation to understand your home's layout, your lifestyle, and what you want to control. After that, we provide a detailed proposal with a clear scope and budget. Most homeowners find that investing in a well-designed, integrated system costs less than piecing together separate point solutions.
We serve luxury homes across Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY. That includes New Fairfield, Darien, Greenwich, Newtown, Ridgefield, and Westport in Connecticut, and Bronxville, Harrison, Larchmont, Rye, and Scarsdale in New York. If you're in or near these areas and aren't sure whether we cover your address, call us at (914) 325-8348, we're happy to confirm.
We are a Control4 automation dealer, meaning we design and install Control4 systems that put all your home's devices, lighting, audio, video, climate, security, motorized shades, into a single app and interface. We also install Lutron lighting control (RadioRA 3) for scene-based dimming and automated responses, and Lutron motorized shades for quiet, integrated window treatments. Beyond automation, we handle home theater design and installation, whole-home audio and video distribution with high-fidelity speakers, and high-performance home networking to keep your smart home running reliably.
Absolutely. Founder Julian Checchi works directly with homeowners, architects, and builders, ideally early in a project so wiring and infrastructure are planned right the first time. If you're renovating or building new, bringing us in during the design phase means we can route conduit, run cabling, and plan equipment placement so the final system is clean, hidden, and perfectly integrated. We've collaborated on new builds and major renovations across Fairfield County and Westchester.
Many clients come to us to fix and finish work started by others. We service and repair existing systems, whether they're Control4, Lutron, home theater, or networking, not just new installs. Our approach is honest: we diagnose the problem and recommend the smallest, most effective fix that actually solves it. We don't push you to rip out and replace a system that just needs troubleshooting. If you've been ghosted by other AV folks or left with incomplete work, we can help.
Yes. All of our clients continue to receive dedicated support after installation, with one point of contact who knows your system and is there if something needs attention. For homeowners who want more, we also offer an optional enhanced tier called Premier Support, which provides 24/7 technical assistance, including weekends and holidays, plus on-site troubleshooting within 48 hours whenever remote support isn't enough to resolve the issue.
It starts with a free consultation where we listen to what you want to accomplish, walk through your home, and ask the questions that matter. Next, we design a custom system and provide a detailed proposal. Once you approve, we schedule installation at times that work for you. Installation is clean and organized, we route cables, hide equipment, and integrate everything so it works flawlessly. Before we leave, we do a full walkthrough to make sure every control, scene, and feature works perfectly. You have one dedicated point of contact from start to finish, so there's no confusion or hand-offs.
Yes. We regularly integrate existing televisions, speakers, receivers, and other AV gear into new Control4 systems. During the consultation, we assess what you already have, what's worth keeping, and what might need updating. Some clients prefer to upgrade everything for consistency and warranty; others want to preserve favorite pieces of gear. We work with both approaches.
Installation timeline depends on the scope. A single-room project like motorized shades in a bedroom or a home theater might take one to three days. A whole-home automation and lighting system can take a week or more. Complex projects, especially new construction or major renovations, are custom-scheduled. During the proposal phase, we give you a realistic timeline so you can plan accordingly.
We minimize disruption. For new construction or major renovation, we work early in the project when walls are open and finish is being done anyway. For retrofits into completed homes, we plan routing carefully, use existing conduit wherever possible, and coordinate with you on scheduling to avoid interfering with your daily life. Our team is professional, clean, and respectful of your home.
